Its society is multicultural and secular, with a high quality of life, making it an attractive destination for both businesses and individuals. Azerbaijan provides good value for money, making it a compelling destination for companies and individuals alike.

Could you provide an overview of Azerbaijan's position in terms of technology and innovation?

Azerbaijan is at the forefront of technology implementation, particularly in areas such as architecture, design, cybersecurity, and software development methodologies. The country's emphasis on cutting-edge technologies and their utilization demonstrates its commitment to advancing innovation. In addition to these achievements, we are also undertaking numerous other initiatives that, in my opinion, deserve recognition. These include the development of a dynamic start-up ecosystem, investments in emerging technologies such as our artificial intelligence laboratory, the implementation of new laws and regulations, including residency in technology parks, and ten-year tax exemptions for international software development and systems integration companies establishing their presence there. Furthermore, our focus on research and development, digital transformation initiatives in the public and private sectors, capacity building, and education initiatives also contribute to Azerbaijan's innovation landscape.
